Thank you to everyone who commented on the post, "What do you know about Guatemala?" We found out some very interesting things about Guatemala
- Guatemala used to be a Spanis colony.
- Known for beautiful weather and vibrant colors.
- It is a large source country for sex trafficking.
- It is smaller than Tennessee.
- La limonada is Guatemala's most notorious slum.
Thanks again to everyone who commented. You have gone far beyond my expectations. Normally I ask participants to devulge a little deeper into their country and go beyond the surface. However most of you did that already. So we can jump ahead quite a bit. What other problems does Guatemala face? Are there factors that make everyday living very difficult? Are there environmental factors? Political? Ethnic and Social?
